Sorry for the late response, i was moving houses. You can increase the size and intensity of your spotlight, it depends on how big your room is, just make sure that the light that you are emmiting is enough. Thanks for watching! if the problem persists ill make a quick tips guide for lights!
@@immakingmacandcheese4633 Yeah in the top left there is a cube icon, then you go into lights > spot light and add the light, in the video you can see the edits that i did so that the light blends in with the torch
If the conversion doesn't work for you, you can still achieve the same effect without doing it. Try modifying the values for Spawn, Sphere, Initial velocity and Constant velocity.
Make sure you enabled starter content when you create your project on unreal engine, it should give you the particles folder with fire, sparks, smoke, etc...
I wasn't able to figure out how to fix the compiling issue, but I found this tutorial on how to make a flame and it worked for me ruclips.net/video/q8avHL7syC4/видео.html
The torch doesnt emit enough light by itself, if you wanna light up a room you can add a separate light, that way you can control the brightness that you want

Oh nice, it is amazing
Thanks!
at point 1:57 you don't see flames when adding it to scene, I have this problem still after making the changes. Is here maybe a step that was missed?

what's your UE version?
@@Toranzo3D Same problem here. In v5.3.2, unable to compile.
How to make this with megalight? Tks
That`s really good. Can you help me? Light from torches does not spread to the surface. What`s the problem can be?

@@Toranzo3D Thanks :)
But it's ok know. I've just forget to add any light :)
@@blood1sk220 Im glad you fixed it!!
@@Toranzo3D Where is the spot light created in the system? Do you have to just create one yourself?

I added the plug in but the particle fire is not there.

Open this Fire FX. In the Flames and Flames001 nodes, uncheck Dynamic Material Parameters 001, click compile. It should work.
