Does it work without the external adapter? Like with inbuilt adapter of laptop?

It says "enable monitor mode before scanning " then you refresh it says"no wireless found "

    • @Saifseverything
      @Saifseverything  2 дня назад

The error you're seeing typically indicate:
      1. "Enable monitor mode before ":
      - Your wireless adapter doesn't support monitor mode or isn't properly configured.
      - Ensure your adapter is compatible and enabled for monitor mode.
      2. "No wireless found":
      - Your adapter isn't detecting any nearby wireless networks.
      - Check your adapter's drivers, ensure they're up-to-date, and restart the tool.
      To resolve these issues:
      1. Pls check your wireless adapter:
      - Ensure it supports monitor mode and is compatible with Fern tool
      - Try using a different adapter if possible.
      2. Enable monitor mode:
      - Follow these steps:
      - Open Terminal
      - Type `airmon-ng start wlan0` (replace `wlan0` with your adapter's name)
      - Press Enter
      3. Update adapter drivers:
      - Visit your adapter's manufacturer website and download the latest drivers.
      - Install and restart your system.
      4. Restart Fern:
      - please check now if the issue persists.
If you're still facing issue, bro, feel free to provide more details or context, and I'll do my best to assist you!

      check airmon-ng
      sudo airmon-ng check kill
      check state
      sudo airmon-ng
      stop airmon-ng
      sudo airmon-ng stop
if a device is still in monitor mode... or NOT in managed
      sudo ifconfig wlanXmon down
      check wireless device details
or check iwconfig for mode: managed
      iwconfig
      bring your nic up
      sudo iwconfig wlanX up
      try restarting nm
      sudo service NetworkManager restart
