The guy who served the salad and the red headed chick with the hot sauce have horrible customer service. So rude and impatient. It’s so hard to watch people get rewarded for negative behavior. I always hope it changes their attitude but it most likely reinforces their poor attitude. I hope they see this video and realize how condescending they are. Shame on them.

I love this channel, and I love all that you do. I worked in the service industry for 15 years and this shit gave me flashbacks. I once had a guest who ordered a burger, no modifications, ( I think everyone knows LTO is standard and is typically something you ask for on the side or left off altogether) So I brought him his order, about 30 seconds later I noticed him waving me down rather furiously, went over and asked if everything was OK, and he said, "Sir, this tomato slice is ruining the integrity of my burger" So, I replied, with a hint of sarcasm "I'm sorry to hear that, would you like me to take it back to the kitchen so they can remove that slice of tomato for you"? And he said "Yes"...... He didn't ask us to make him a new burger, not take it off the check, not let me speak to the manager, he legit wanted someone else to remove the tomato slice. I thought I was being punked for sure

To me, this is an indicator for just how real a person Juan is. Thank you for shortening the pranks to one shot and not having to bring in a bunch of managers and going too far! A small innocent prank like this for the reward given is a obvious positive overall! Sometimes before you took it too far with the pranks. Just keep him short and sweet and help them well I enjoy watching this when you do so

I must say I am not one to complain about food. I never send food back, I just won't eat it and pay. These servers were all top notch. A good server will see you aren't eating and will ask if everything is Okay? They can tell. Most good ones will be just like these people in the video, without me complaining. They will ask to get me something else or just take it off and say-Sorry, Don't worry about it, are you sure you don't want anything else? Juan is so great at his comments on how bad the food is, it makes it that much more interesting. When Juan asks to go speak to the chef and that one girl says-Okay, bro that is so Extra! That was so funny.🤣

A fucked up thing is how half of every restaurant staff not only doesn't eat much of the food but completely eat around the food they serve. I bartended at a steak house and the steaks were actually great. I had one every night. But most never ate there (half off plus there are some short cuts to save more as an employee). 20% were vegetarians or didn't eat red meat. 50% of people IF they ordered something it was salmon or shrimp. I was the guy who 5 second ruled if some server somehow dropped a big ass steak on the floor...if it was hot and fresh there's no way in hell I wasn't at least eating the cap from the ribeye before the other 16 oz of delicious meat was thrown into the trash.
