If you feel like your mind is all over the place, sometimes it's good to do some "freeform" journaling. Just write anything that comes to your mind. It get's it out of your head and lets you focus. :)

The google docs tracker helped me with the reading quest so I think it would be good to have one for other read a thons, although it was confusing when I first started using it so if you do, could you do a video explaining how to use it better?

I'd definitely recommend giving it a go! For me I started to really love it around 80-100 pages in :D
