That radroach subway is a very realistic outcome if Fallout happened. Just giant roaches left to grow and reproduce endlessly with little to no predators. Breeding till swarms, seas of brown chitin.

Everything comes around again.. fashions seem to get popular in 20-30 year cycles. Not to mention that in the Fallout universe, they might be actual tribal tattoos. Then again, maybe not. It seems like the central and western part of the country have tribals; the eastern part have cultists instead.
