Ottelino made both the Enclave Remnants content that was given for free in the update as well as the America Rising 2 mod. Because of this, he made a patch where after doing a quest in America Rising 2 called The Harper, you get a variant of the Enclave Remnants questline where the Enclave is friendly instead of hostile.

It's a bit old, but I have to sing my praises to another mod called Sim Settlements 2. As the name implies, it is a sequel/replacement for Sim Settlements, making your settlements transform from basic pockets of civilization to thriving communities. It's full of many side quests, 1000s of lines of well-acted dialogue, the best character known as "The Ron", and plenty of new systems as you rebuild the commonwealth. My only gripe is that I'm on Xbox, and man does that 2 GB limit sting. The mod and all three of its chapters fit, but you don't have room for anything else, you're either all in or out.
My brother get a pc one day you won’t regret it except maybe having to make new friends, but the amount of games you get access too is amazing, many of which are indie games. Plus if you know you can write off your pc from taxes as expense.
Great recommendation. Sim Settlements 2 got its Chapter 3 update quite recently! Haven't tried it myself, but have heard its awesome. The mod's been around for a while, but it's been updated quite frequently.
Installing Wabbajack and installing "Magnum Opus" will redefine how you play Fallout (and It includes Sim Settlements, Fourville, Tales of the Commownealth and much much more), It contains 800+ mods and is the best "collection" of mods out there. Also, It's super easy to install. Highly recommend.
I have a collection for Fallout 4 using Vortex, recently learning using Wabbajack to install mods for Fallout NV. Is fine to leave things as it is and just play mods installed using Wabbajack or do I have to clean up all stuff from Vortex?
@@pabloide3792 Wabbajack modlists will usually require a clean save through a new game (so no other mods) to work as intended. America Rising 2 has got to be one of the most amazing mods, i have ever played. The voice acting is top notch and while the player speech choices could be better fleshed out, what's present is workable. If you worked on America Rising and see this. You have my heartfelt thanks and appreciation, You have given me a mod that enhances Fallout 4 and I hope we see more from your group
Big correction here…. The responders are a big faction in 76 with a variety of quest lines. Their main base of operations is the White Spring resort. They are your source of travel to the Pitt and Atlantic City. They have had another outpost added in a recent patch just below 76. So yea, a little bit more than a single npc.

Vault 4 is nice but it's breaking immersion a little bit. Lower vault numbers begin in the west coast, the further you go east, the higher the number becomes, that's why southern california has vault 13, LA has Vault 33, boston has 111. Vault 4 in Boston just doesn't make sense. It should be around C.A
Regarding the combat overhaul, I already use my favorite mod Pack Attack! Pack Attack does pretty much the same as shown in the video, enemies will become way more intelligent and are working tactically together. This already makes the fights much more immersive and cooler. But hey, still nice list there.
The dlc about vault 4 is now both ironic and kinda scary. As in reality vault 4 let anyone in. At the start for evil means later just because why not be kind.

What i dont like about Better locational damage is that: 1 enemies might now die to one headshot but somehow can tank 5 seconds of minigunfire. And 2: weapons damage is rediculous. Pipeweapons deal more damage then 10mm pistol and combatrifle, a baton outdamages a sniper with a pipewrench dealing more damage than a shotgun. And all these damage shenanigans arent optional. So goodbye overseers guardian, but that random pipepistol i found is better. Goodbye doublebarrel, i found a wrench that deals more damage. This actually was the reason i disabled the mod.
