I have 50/50 custody of my daughter and don’t pay child support. We split medical bills, insurance and childcare (until she was in school). KY is a state that goes based on best interest of the child and best interest is seen as both parents being equally involved in the child’s life. I gave my sons mom 300 a month on my own for about 9 months. 150 per 2 weeks. No courts involved. Just verbal agreement. Gave it always in a money order. One week I couldn't pay but told her give me another week. She got upset. I told her you wont get anything. I subpoena her. Judge was a Black female. She didnt even ask me one question. I got 50/50 custody. I pay no child support. Say that to say men. Especially Black men raise ur kids. Be there from start to finish. When you make that sacrifice it will show. Blessings in many ways. And also dont be afraid of these women. And dont let them dictate ur life just because they are having your child. Take her ass to court. FIRST. You wont regret it.

I am a firm advocate for men's rights, because men often get treated very unfairly in child support cases, but I am also against pettiness. $300 a month isn't that much to pay for child support, and it is not always feasible or possible for custody to be split 50/50.

I filed for visitation... she immediately fiked a protective order. 3 years ..40k later... 6 months in jail i was found unfit by a 70 year old male judge who identified as a 60 year old woman. As a man who has custody of two of his kids and 50-50 of my third a man can get custody and it doesn’t take shitting on her or shit loads of money. I think where most men mess up is we lean way too much on women when it comes to raising our kids, and we have this mentality that earthquake expressed or taking our kids is doing some harm to the woman. The biggest advice I can give you is when y’all separate either keep the child or stay very much involved with the child. When you send your child with her and then don’t see the child, but every now and then you are telling her and the court that she is the primary caregiver. As a parent by law nobody can make you give your child to the other parent without a court order. If you have your child she can cuss fuss and call the cops, and when the cops get there they will tell her we can’t make him give you the child, because he is the father. If you have 50-50 custody you shouldn’t pay a dime In Child support, because you are already paying half of everything anyway, and possibly more, if you elect to pay for insurance. Now fellas the other advice I can give you is this, if you’re with your baby mama, and you need government assistance marry her. I know you may not want to, but we talking about your life here. Marry that woman, because if you don’t you will, and I don’t mean maybe I mean it is pretty much a guaranteed thing that you will be bent over and fucked hardcore! DO NOT GET GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE IF YOU ARE NOT MARRIED TO THAT WOMAN! Because the government will at some point give her an ultimatum and that ultimatum is put him on child support or get off assistance. This is not some theory I have personally seen it done to multiple men, and women. If you get assistance at some point they will come to you for child support, so if you are not in some situation to where you think assistance will help y’all... marry her before you do.

Friend of mine went to the courthouse and put himself on child support and was able to set the amount himself. Looks better to the judge if there are any future issues with custody etc. He was able to get full custody a few years later.

For the last 15 years I own a company that does DNA testing for immigration (mostly) 1 in 5 tests comes back that the alleged father is not the father. And this dealing with mostly married couples. And in the state of Massachusetts if you have been involved and contributed financially to a child to the age of 2 the court recognizes you as the legal guardian regardless of what the DNA says and your on the hook for child support until that child becomes an adult or finishes college. That being said to all you men out there wait till the baby cools of and get a DNA test you deserve the right to know, especially if removing those doubts enables you to love your child more and be better father. And and if the woman is giving you a hard time go to court get court ordered visatation it sucks having someone else dictate when you can see your kids. But it worse feeling like crap because your a bad dad.

As a man who has custody of two of his kids and 50-50 of my third a man can get custody and it doesn’t take shitting on her or shit loads of money.
I think where most men mess up is we lean way too much on women when it comes to raising our kids, and we have this mentality that earthquake expressed or taking our kids is doing some harm to the woman. The biggest advice I can give you is when y’all separate either keep the child or stay very much involved with the child. When you send your child with her and then don’t see the child, but every now and then you are telling her and the court that she is the primary caregiver.
As a parent by law nobody can make you give your child to the other parent without a court order. If you have your child she can cuss fuss and call the cops, and when the cops get there they will tell her we can’t make him give you the child, because he is the father.
If you have 50-50 custody you shouldn’t pay a dime In Child support, because you are already paying half of everything anyway, and possibly more, if you elect to pay for insurance.
Now fellas the other advice I can give you is this, if you’re with your baby mama, and you need government assistance marry her. I know you may not want to, but we talking about your life here. Marry that woman, because if you don’t you will, and I don’t mean maybe I mean it is pretty much a guaranteed thing that you will be bent over and fucked hardcore!
DO NOT GET GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE IF YOU ARE NOT MARRIED TO THAT WOMAN! Because the government will at some point give her an ultimatum and that ultimatum is put him on child support or get off assistance. This is not some theory I have personally seen it done to multiple men, and women. If you get assistance at some point they will come to you for child support, so if you are not in some situation to where you think assistance will help y’all... marry her before you do.

Friend of mine went to the courthouse and put himself on child support and was able to set the amount himself. Looks better to the judge if there are any future issues with custody etc. He was able to get full custody a few years later.

For the last 15 years I own a company that does DNA testing for immigration (mostly) 1 in 5 tests comes back that the alleged father is not the father. And this dealing with mostly married couples. And in the state of Massachusetts if you have been involved and contributed financially to a child to the age of 2 the court recognizes you as the legal guardian regardless of what the DNA says and your on the hook for child support until that child becomes an adult or finishes college. That being said to all you men out there wait till the baby cools of and get a DNA test you deserve the right to know, especially if removing those doubts enables you to love your child more and be better father. And and if the woman is giving you a hard time go to court get court ordered visatation it sucks having someone else dictate when you can see your kids. But it worse feeling like crap because your a bad dad.
