I like Cole slaw on a good pulled pork sammich, so hot dogs with it isn't too far off really. It's just different parts of the "pig".

mother had a recipe for cole slaw that used dill relish instead of sweet relish. she also added salt an black pepper with onions, it dont sound like it would work, but it did and if you put it on a hot dog or bbq pulled pork sandwich and had some french fries on the side you were eating like a king
If your looking for a cheap and easy way to warm your feet, put the hand warmers you buy for your gloves in your boots or shoes. I use them in the dead of winter when I'm hunting the work great. 👍
Inexpensive fire starter. Dollar store petroleum jelly and cotton balls. Mix some of the jelly on the cotton balls you’re good to go. Even cheaper use dryer lint instead of cotton balls. Makes more of a mess but works. I keep some in a cheap plastic container with my camping gear

Hey Quady, Get yourself a pair of RedWing WorkX pull on wolf boots. Break in is only couple days. I’ve been wearing them for years. I’m a water utility worker warm in winter and cool in summer. My favorite boot. NO LACES! easy on easy off!
I like when you visit the old cemeteries. The next time you visit bring a can of shaving cream the white foaming kind, spray that on the letters and have a piece of card board and scrape over the letters. This will fill in the letters so you can read them. Then you can wash off or let the rain wash it.

Two words of advice: "Meal Prep"!!!! Make fresh quality meals at home and put them in meal prep containers that can be reheated in you camp sauce pan and you[ll have damn good meals for days of camping.

1874 was a bad year for the PETER family ..... We use a metal 5 gal pain bucket grid on the heater more level ...... Coleslaw it the deal for sure .......

Boy oh boy I have cooked that way before I will watch this so I can learn safe way . I wish I was there I like to explore old cemeteries they are fascinating I actually found one and I fell into an old grave and landed on part of what was left of a coffin. That looks like a very nice campground, you have a very beautiful state. My family origin began in Nebraska

Cool trick with the heater. Have you tryed vinegar bbq? Or vinegar slaw? Maybe it's just a southern thing. Do baked beans next time instead of mac n cheese. Mix a little of the meat in the bean of course. Keep up the videos 👍.

Your Mac and cheese was definitely supposed to come with a “seasoning” packet that you put in the noodles before adding the water, and 1 pack of cheese. I’m pretty sure that’s why it turned out funky, something about that seasoning helps the noodles cook and almost congeal. Or at least that’s how the Cracker Barrel one is and it has to be by the same manufacturer because the pick it comes in is identical and that one is fantastically good, try it next time. The sharp cheddar Cracker Barrel Mac and Cheese, comes with breadcrumbs, I love em.

Baffins are great! They are expensive but worth it! I had them for a decade and they can trek through anything. Also, good insolation. I only have to replace the liners every few years.

I found a $65 Camp Chef Stryker 200. Nice adjustable flame uses butane Or green bottle propane. Similar size to the jetboil.
I keep a piece of plywood to set on top of cooler so I can lift all off and get into cooler.

You usually have Electric, why not get a Small Electric Hot Plate to cook some Meals on when needed. Also I would always keep a Case of Bottled Water in the back at all times. I remember once you spilled your Hot Water on the Floor and Didn’t have any more to make Coffee. I NEED my morning Coffee
You should get the Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar version of that velveta Mac and cheese, it’s in identical packaging except it’s black. I eat them all the time, it comes with seasoning, a cheese sauce packet, and bread crumbs that you top it with and it’s delicious. Would be a good thing to keep stocked in the truck.
and it is 100% restaurant quality Mac and cheese.. I’d say it’s even better than maybe 50% of the Mac and cheeses that you’d get at a restaurant, which is impressive. Give it a shot!
Pull pork and coleslaw usually uses a vinegar based coleslaw
