Great comparison. It is super helpful seeing all the endpoints lined up. That provides a clearer and more accurate visual of the different sizes of each unit, which is usually hard to gage in a photo or video.
Sean we met years ago in Vegas and I have to say, your video was more enjoyable then our internal Cisco vods. Create another one using the new Webex Desktop Pro I can send to my customers. Great Job! Hope all is well.
Thanks Scott! Hope all is well with you! We will definitely do a video using the new Webex desktop pro. Thanks for watching, I'm glad you liked it!
Question! Is the *Room kit* able to make calls without external mic? Mine had problem to capture sound even though there are built in mics, thanx!
Nice job. Just got my subscribe!
Very good comparison
Hello from your reviews what you show I am interested in this camera Can it be used for Security cameras to monitor the room we are talking about a model TTC8--10 Thank you to let me know
Hi, I need to set up a hybrid room for our city legislative body. I see the Room Kit Pro but I need to understand how this would work when we have the board members on one side of the room and citizens in the gallery (other side of the room). I believe we can meet or needs with the pro but want to know from you if that would be realistic
Loved it!
how to configer Cisco room kit VC to be connect with other brand VC?
Hi there,
Anyone have an idea why CS-KITPLUS-MSRP-K9 is cheaper and CS-KITPLUS-K9 is more expensive? Is there any technical difference between these 2?
Cisco uses the term SPARK often with these same 3 different sized units. Is there a difference? Same form factor and mounting points? Thanks.
Hey Greg! Thank you for reaching out! There is no difference between Spark and Cisco Webex Teams. Cisco rebranded Spark as Webex Teams in 2018. Hope this helps, thanks for watching!
Great vid - thanks. What if u have more than 14 people in a room - what system would u use considering u said there is a limit of 14 people for the pro and plus. ?
Use the pro codec, together with this camera:

Do you have any knowledge of integrating the touch 10 with a Kramer or say a Crestron room controller? I have heard it can be done and wondering if you or someone you know has experience with this. We are looking at Cisco Room Kit Plus units for our IT training room and possible courtrooms. We currently use Kramer AV / Room Control units and would like some information.
Hello John! Thanks for reaching out! We are able to integrate with Crestron, however unsure about the other vendor. Feel free to reach out to sales@lookingpoint.com if you need any further guidance. Thanks!
what are the two antennas used for?
Trevor Butler, the antennas on the Codec Pro are for Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz for LAN connectivity. The other units all have internal antennas for Wi-Fi.
This is a very good video. Do you know what is the horizontal field of view on the QUAD camera? it says in the manual 83 degrees but being that it has 3 lenses I would think it covers more area.
83 degrees is the view on the QUAD camera. If you need a wider view we suggest the room kit mini, however it is meant for smaller rooms! Thanks for watching! Let us know if you have anymore questions!
@@lookingpointinc Thank you for confirming that detail. Now, the manual also says that the vertical field view is 51.5 degrees. Does that means it is 25.75 degrees roughly on both sides or can this angle be shifted or adjusted?
@@ernestopena2958 It is 51.5 degrees total, the camera angle can be mounted to adjust. The adjustment is not native to the camera mount. Thanks for the questions, we will do a video on mounting soon! So be on the look out! Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you!
I'd love the SKU of the Webex Room Kit (not Plus or Pro) if you can share.
You should be able to find your answer here - bit.ly/2vWaPgg
Are you interested in purchasing a Webex Room Kit? We would be more than happy to help! Feel free to send an email to sales@lookingpoint.com and we can answer anymore questions you have and help you get set up! Thanks for watching!
Great Video with the comparison. Can someone suggest me a Cisco Video Conference Solution for a Small Auditorium ( Length 12meter and Width 8 meter). Seating Capacity 24 People
Thank you for watching! To answer your question The Cisco Precision 60 camera would be perfect. It has a 20 times zoom. You can have a P60 camera facing the presenter and a 2nd P60 camera facing the audience. Usually we would be looking at connecting the cameras to the Cisco Codec Pro. Hope this helps!
Kit pro collaboration with 3 cameras demo.
You got it! We will add it to the list! Thanks for the recommendation!
Also give demo of Webex room usb and Webex share.
We just did one on Webex Share, check it out! :) Thank you for watching and for the recs! We will add them to the list!
