Today we caught the end of the annual Harley Davidson Bike Festival in Killarney, one of the best towns in Ireland. we then went to check out the huge national park and lakes of Killarney and stopped off at a popular pancake house nestled in the mountains called strawberry fields

There was a moment when Lay was standing there with her yellow dress and her long black hair flowing in the wind..everything went into slow motion and i could hear the song, she's a dream weaver.

Tom years back I was living near an old house and some guy bought the house to fix up and rent it. This house also had a really old barn. I happen to be walking by and the man that bought the place was having a hard time getting his truck started. I offered the guy a hand and at first he wasn't so sure then he asked me how much. I said no charge I love working on anything with motors. 10 minutes later I had his truck running. he was telling me his plans on fixing the house up to rent out and I told him I have build houses and did many fixer uppers for people.
The man took interest and showed me around. Then he brought me to the BARN!!!!! There I saw not one but two very old Dirt bikes looked like they came from the 50's I walked over to them and wanted to see if the motors were froze up and they were not. They were old Antique Harley Davidson Dirt Bikes. I said wow what a shame no one took care of them. The man said if you want them they are all yours. I said really he said sure I will even sign the paper work for you. I said for free he said well no you did fix my truck and if you take them I will not have to pay to bring them to the dump.
I took them home cleaned them up the best I could and started working on them. 2 weeks later I had them both running. I think about a week later I was out front with the bikes and a car locked up his breaks. I was startled at first. Then he pulls up by me and said hey are you getting ready to sell them. I said no just washing them. He said I will buy them off you. I said not for sale. He said I will give you 2000 each for them. I said what part of not for sale did you not understand.??? He said I will pay you 4000 each for them. I said show me the money. I signed everything over to the guy and asked why he wanted them so bad he said well just one of them is worth about 10,000. I asked what one he said that yellow one. I said what about the other one he said about 5 grand. But he said if he takes them to the auction he could make a lot more because they are clean and both are running. I was so stupid lmao

My Uncle use to go to Ireland every year to play his Bag Pipes. No kidding he never had to pay anything. People from Ireland use to pay for everything his tickets free Motel and all meals paid for. They even paid his tab on things he bought with out him asking. He played all over Ireland and Scotland. He use to play at our house because we lived deep in the country. Some times he would play for hours. He had everything down even the walk and the march. Yes he also wore a Kilt.
You're environment is a month ahead here in New Brunswick, Canada. I heard Ireland was Emereld gem. I believe it now.

I miss going to Ireland, it's been about 6 years now. I know the area you're in. My grandparents and great grandparents are from there. My dad's side is from Clonakilty and Cork City, we still have a lot of family throughout Cork County that I miss visiting and hanging out with.

Most of my knowledge about Ireland is the war between Catholics and the Protestant way back in the 70 and 80’s. Lately it’s the move of us tech giants and biotech companies move from Silicon Valley to Ireland. In USA a lot of older catholic priests are from Ireland and lately the younger ones are from Philippines. Now you are doing a good job of promoting the beauty of Ireland.
