The first one is definitely a Levain inspired cookie. The pecans seem an excess with walnuts already in them. I'd leave it out and save money. The second one is madness with the ball of cream cheese dusted with icing sugar. I bet it is delicious. It gave me an idea to try for a different kind of cookie. Was the brown flour like sustance in the beginning of the video, Bread Flour? Also im rly curious, does anyone know the effect of adding cornstarch to cookie dough?
@@stefanie5934 that makes sense! Also I was able to find out on the effect starch has on cookie recipes! It gives the cookie a richer-bite and crispier edges which would complement the chew from using bread flour. Most suggest adding 1 tbsp. to 1 Recipe 🤎🍪

If someone comes into the kitchen while I'm reading the recipe and baking a cake, or cookies, or a fancy pie, I can't be distracted or I will mess up! I have a short attention span and I need to get my job(s) completed. If people are chattering around me, it's hard to concentrate. (I can't chew gum and talk at the same time kinda thing!) It isn't that your opinion doesn't matter - we're all different. I'm sorry you're in pain, I feel it too - I can hardly walk up the 16 steps when I get home. ~♡~

인스타 보고 엄청기대하며 사먹었었는데 생각보단 그냥 그랬어요... 크기는 진짜 손바닥만큼 커서 한번에 다 먹기 힘들 정도긴 한데 그만큼 가격이 비싸고 사바사겠지만 또 사먹어야지 생각이 들 정도의 맛은 아니라고 생각 합니다 선물용으로 좋은 그런 느낌이예요
