I want to say a HUGE thank you! I got 115 with 29R-29L-27S-30W!!! You are doing a great job! I am a non-native speaker and had less than one week of TOEFL IBT preparation. I mainly watched your videos and practiced according to your sample tests. I also borrowed some of your templates. I spent 2 days on reading and listening (combined); 3 days on speaking (this was the hardest because you need to familiarize yourself with the structure), 1 day on writing, and on the last day I did the complete test. I am shocked by the results! (it sounds like an ad, but it's not because it was all absolutely for free, I did not pay for practice or preparation, but I think I should have taken a speech practice session).
Can you send me those template pls ?

Hey Josh!!!! I want to thank you for all the videos and guides you put out there. I only had 3 days to prepare and score at least 90, I got my scores today and I was able to get 93!!! I didn’t believe in myself and crashed my car during the process but your videos helped me a lot 101 over 100 I would recommend this to everyone. Hi can you tell me whether the passages are similar to what's given in the video or is it tough? Can you tell me about all the sections in brief.
@@saujanyak1passages on the test are easier, and even other sections are easier. The only difficulty I faced on my 1st test was time management in the listening section.. we get only 6min to answer 2 audios and 10min for 3 audio

Hey Josh, doing good?
Considering how much one needs to spend on each TOELF try, I just done the unthinkable: learned on Wednesday that I had to take the test on Saturday morning or else I wouldn't be able to apply for a visiting researcher position for my PhD. Yeah, I had to pay for the late registration fee, which made things even worse. The Listening Test was pretty much my biggest issue since I complete and utterly HATE the TOELF's method for evaluating listening skills. I had only Friday night to study for it and your videos and materials were the only ones I actually had time to study with.
Turns out I got 28 on my Reading and 26 on my Listening!
I still have to wait for Speaking and Writing results, but I feel like I owe you a big thank you already.

Hi Josh! Thanks a lot for all the help. I got 115/120 on my TOEFL. R:30, L:30, S:25, W:30. I watched your videos exclusively. Nothing else. 9 days preparation. The day I gave my GRE, I realised that I need to give TOEFL even though medium of instruction at my college was English! I cannot thank you enough. One thing I would like to tell all the future test takers is that Speaking section is tough because there would be so many other candidates speaking at the same time as well. Expect that! By the way I scored 337/340 on GRE.

Hi everyone! Because of current situation around Russia and Ukraine ETS suspended its activity in Russia. You cannot even get refund due to financial restrictions. I understand economic and political sanctions, but why ETS? Students are not politicians, so why ETS made this decision? I cant even get my money back, not to mention the education i was about to get with toefl certificate😢. I wrote this here, because I was preparing with your videos.. Btw your videos are really helpful

yeah about the same for me; everyone saying you need to start studying at least a month ahead; scored 30 30 26 28 with just doing one practice run; some helpful tips though in these vids

I do well when I just listen and imagine the lecture, found that I should write a few important keywords for table questions which I often tend to forget a few stuff

There's a mistake in Psychology class question 39 The "correct" answer is Cyberbullying can be more dangerous. However, the lecturer herself says "the effects of cyberbullying are just as harmful as traditional bullying" so the 3d option cannot be correct thereof.
Thanks for your question. You are correct, the answer is C, not D, The test also says C, so I am not sure what why you are saying D is wrong. Can you please clarify? It seems like we both agree.
The professors says cyber bullying is as dangerous as regular bullying. So the answer C is wrong

In question 39, i can't find where the speaker implied that cyberbullying can be more dangerous than regular bullying. I heard the audio twice and still didn't find where it was mentioned.

59:44-your PDF explanation doesn't make sense to me as cyberbullying's effects are compared to regular people and not bullying victims. they also say that cyberbullying is just as harmful
1:07:58-This seems to be an eroor as the PDF states that this is supposed to be a function type question and not an implication question
1:08:42-The PDF categorizes this as an organizational question, which it is not

I have a question. For the minute 59:12 question 39. It asks for the professor’s opinion. She never conveys any opinion regarding cyberbullying besides it can be as dangerous as regular bullying. And the pdf bases the answer saying “furthermore recent research suggests that…” The research suggests due to cyber bulling consequences that it can be more dangerous than regular but she’s just quoting. It was never an opinion.
Hi Jose, Answer C would be correct. That was the professor's opinion, even if he doesn't use the word opinion in his lecture. The study he refers to is to support this opinion. Also, answers A, B, and D are all factually incorrect, which should help confirm C as the only possible choice.

Hi there and you bring up a valid point. The reason why "C" is considered correct because the general tone of the passage implies that the speaker feels that it can be more dangerous than typical bullying, with excerpts like this, "What is unique about cyberbullying is that it is typically covert, concealed, done in private, and the bully can remain anonymous. This anonymity gives the bully power, and the victim may feel helpless, unable to escape the harassment, and unable to retaliate." However, to your point, the speaker does literally say it's on the same level, so we will have to change this answer in our materials. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I apologize for the confusion.
