G'day mate, I'm planing to go there in January to the arch. how is the dirt RD to the camp Dargonelly rock hole camping area. Is it ok on a 2w drive ute.
once you enter from the dirt road from mitchel it is rock and broken stone with sand sections the sand if wet you will not get across from camp ground to attractions is all lose sand or was when i went. I have 4x4 iveco it has lots of ground clearance had to engage 4x4 only where the road splits to go to the arch
yes all the way to the ranger station there are lots of walks in that section along the river or a climb to the top to look up the gorge in the morning for the climb up or you look into the sun
Thanks for the upload mate
your welcome
