  • I spent over two years making this recipe. This seems like the best way to make it. I’ll would put this up against pho restaurant.
    - 24hr broth
    Additional
    - 2hr spice simmer
    Also
    - 24hr sous vide American Waygu chuck roast
    - NO PARBOILING
    - NO SKIMMING

    The noddle don't look like Pho and the beef is a bit too thick. But still look good

      Trust me. The it’s rice noodles for pho. It’s sous vide for 24hrs. Meat is more tender than a baby arse. Thanks for commenting tho. Helps a lot
