- The Hero's Journey - Any experience we have been facing, is something that has happened to others before us and we learn from their mistakes. We can see the guidance that has been left behind for us from those who came this way before and it is interpreted primarily through imagery.
Joseph Campbell's concept of monomyth (one myth) refers to the theory that sees all mythic narratives as variations of a single great story regardless of their origin or time of creation.
Campbell called it “The Hero’s Journey.” A story of a man or woman, who through great suffering, reached an experience of the eternal source and returned home with gifts powerful enough to set their society free.

Welcome back Gary. I too have been looking at Joseph Cambell and he was amazing. His knowledge of ancient wisdom was astounding and how he put it into everyday life was genius. I feel we have so much to learn by actually paying attention to what is happening in our lives and then monitoring what is happening inside. This is the key to unlocking your full potential and seeing what you are actually capable of. Unfortunately many people are living on autopilot, so there is plenty of opportunities for so many of us to take the heros journey to wake up our fellow brothers and sisters to what we are, and where we came from. We are living in the Kali Yuga, and approaching a short golden age. That is why we are seeing such amazing changes in human consciousness, with more people speaking up and not taking any of this ridiculous matrix and its rules anymore. Well done Gary. My "Hero's Journey", started as the 3rd of 5 pregnancy's & the only one which survived.
The journey hasn't got any easier, tho mine enemy's, know to 'keep clear' & not disturb the peace, or face the consequences.
