I just slam AFK Stages with Thoran-Mikola, Phraesto, Shakir(behind illusion), and Alsa(behind real Phraesto). Thoran and Mikola are in the middle column while Phraesto, Shakir, and Alsa are behind them just to the left and right behind Mikola so Shakir and Alsa occupy the buff tiles. That team slams so much content. It’s wild.
Im using Thoran in the middle Phaestro next to both spots on from the middle coco behind real phaestro cecia behind illusion and smokey behind Thoran sadly some arena types are hard to deal with especially the one theres walls all over but the middle so just one tank can go there and this works quite well but my account hates me and im waiting for over a week now for a new copy of smokey to get him to Mythic + I think this week alone i got 4 Eirrons out of 5 or 6 Epics which is just dumb xD

Idk I still used my old afk team and they still works like a charm... Cecia, Antandra, Smokey, Koko & Rowan (Cecia being a tank here as well and the first few seconds before Rowan using his ult, then finally became the DPS after that)
I run a small variant of this with Rowan instead of Damian then Cecia instead of Koko for even more control... Ofc Carolina is also an amazing secondary dps if you don't want to play Cecia or don't need more control but just maxing your dps

Those land squids are really annoyed not only they get their stupid shield but the amount of damage they cause is unreal.

Eironn, Ulmus, Arden, Carolina, Rowan/Temesia. This is the core of my stun team. Cecia, Florabelle, and Lily May are also sometimes sub-ins.
Odie is also an occasional sub in when something just refuses to die.

I use florabell, odie/Arden, Koko, smokey and Thoran/Ulmus.
my best line up is, ulmus, eironn, arden, cecia/lily may and rowan the enemies always get stunned they cannot even ult except igor
I literally have phraesto m+ and idk how to use him ina comp
My ulmus L+ rn and he still works for me
without his ex weapon ulmus is trash tbh
