I am a humble person & now 68 years old, I speak to the Lord every day & hopefully he hears my prayers & looks upon me as a true believer, I don't go to church to speak with him, but speak with him as if he was beside me, I'm sure he listens to my words the same as any churchgoers, yes, I am scared of dying, not because I have done bad things, but because nobody is really sure of the afterlife, but I have seen things that give me hope & I pray I will meet family who have passed.
I agree with you 100%... Personally, I'm absolutely petrified of dying, because, like you, nobody knows if there is an afterlife. I admit that I'm not a church goer but I do believe in the Lord.
If you believe in Jesus Christ, that he is God in the flesh, that he was crucified on the cross as a substitution for the debt we all owe for sins and God the Father raised him from the dead, you'll be saved.
Some believe the same way. Just like my grandfather said do you see wind? I said no. He said what do you think make the limbs and leaves move. He also said do you see oxygen? I said no. He said then how do you breath? Gods love we see through other things such as people that love you and others that you meet.
The 1st day my maternal aunt died, I saw her in a dream: there was her human body, taken by cancer, at her side and in front of her new “body” a hedge. I told her not to be afraid to cross that hedge and find her mother, my maternal grandmother who died in 1976. A few nights later, to thank me, she showed me what part of paradise looked like. Well, it was exactly as described in the illustrations in this video: a paved road with ancient temples where people went in groups to thank the Lord! Amazing!

By us receiving salvation ,receiving the Holy Spirit that we lost in the garden, Jesus makes us worthy because we are betrothed to Him, the bride of Christ. We are engaged so to speak and will enter into the marriage supper of the lamb. We are to walk on this earth with Jesus name and authority using our God given talents and bringing more souls into the Kingdom. Praise His mighty name. We are sons and daughters of the King.
I accepted Christ Jesus as my Lord and personal Savior when I was 13 years old and my Mom still has the VHS recording of when I was baptized. I have to be very honest with the world. I have struggled for years with this fear. I fear how and when. I've been asking God to deliver me from this terrible thinking of death. death is not a mystery as the video said. It's the absence of life as we stopped breathing. Death came from sin committed by Adam and Eve. But Bod gave His only begotten son Jesus to undo the result of that sin which is death but faith in Christ is a condition. Please read John 3:16.( “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, so that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life). This is all in contradiction to the Hebrew Bible. NOWHERE in Tanakh does it say that someone will die for someone else's sins...NOWHERE. Quite the opposite...we all are responsible for OUR OWN sins. Christianity is not a religion of mercy. If it were, you would not be burning in hell if you rejected Jesus. Where's the mercy in that??

By us receiving salvation ,receiving the Holy Spirit that we lost in the garden, Jesus makes us worthy because we are betrothed to Him, the bride of Christ. We are engaged so to speak and will enter into the marriage supper of the lamb. We are to walk on this earth with Jesus name and authority using our God given talents and bringing more souls into the Kingdom. Praise His mighty name. We are sons and daughters of the King.

I have to be very honest with the world. I have struggled for years with this fear. I fear how and when. I've been asking God to deliver me from this terrible thinking of death. death is not a mystery as the video said. It's the absence of life as we stopped breathing. Death came from sin committed by Adam and Eve. But Bod gave His only begotten son Jesus to undo the result of that sin which is death but faith in Christ is a condition.

This is all in contradiction to the Hebrew Bible. NOWHERE in Tanakh does it say that someone will die for someone else's sins...NOWHERE.
