  • Often, we feel like we didn't act as well as we could have in difficult situations. However, we may not always be aware what exactly caused us to act in this suboptimal way. Reflective practices like the one I share in this video can help. This practice allows you explore such a difficult situation from your past, and understand better what kind of thinking may have led you to react less optimally then you would have liked to. We also explore alternative, better ways of thinking, so that in the future, you may have a chance to act better.
    This practice is part of the Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training (MBSAT) developed by Juan H. Young (2023).
