Due to the New Year holidays and bad condition, video filming and upload was delayed bb
I am planning to upload many good videos in tight schedule from now on:D
This video is the 200 squats challenge!
In the past, people who have done more than 200 or 300 squats would had to replay the 100 squat video or repeat the number of sets but this time, to help you do squats more easily (laugh) I have prepared this video!
After I had filmed the video (although I have clearly done it slowly by dividing them by 50 squats) I felt that it was quit a big exercise and I could feel myself out of breath. (laugh)
Beginners should sit only a little as the way I explain the posture,
and rather than loading the weight on the front side of the thigh and ankles by maintaining the upper body (core, abdomen) strength, challenge yourself to 200 squats by using your heels, entire sole, back side of your thighs and hip muscles!
People who can easily do 100 squats can experience more exercise effect if you go lower when you sit for the squat! And do more diverse arm movements! (Please refer to 100 squat challenge 1, 2^^)~!
