There is a little torsion in the forefoot in the Ultraboost Light when compared with the Ultraboost 22 that was more stable all the way from the heel to the forefoot. Would like to see the Ultraboost in 2023 have the LEP system more similar to the Ultraboost 22 and 2mm more stack foam height like it is found in the SolarBoost 5 ! 2mm more foam makes a huge difference in making the forefoot landing more comfortable. Or just reduce the drop to 8mm ...
I forgot to mention that the Ultraboost 22 also had Continental rubber in the toe off where the Ultraboost Light lacks Continental on that small spot and it makes the shoes a bit slippery when trying to run faster to pickup the pace . The Ultraboost 22 was heavier, but I liked it more than I like my Ultraboost Light. Had more than 600km when I switched to use the Ultraboost Light ( near 190km of running so far ).
The ankle rubbing issue on Ultra Boost existed on the old one as well. They really should fix that.
