Ironic that the in-laws were first trying to replace her, and now they’re mad that he’s moving on on his own.
First Celine is throwing women at you, trying to "give the children a mother figure" yet when you find someone who makes you happy, its wrong!!
Like He need to date when she like and who she like What? 😅
that was the most confusing part of all this. I can say for sure that had he gotten together with that woman she brought to the party, they Celine would've been loosing her shit saying "why are you replacing her so quickly?!" Lol
@@Quantum_Nebula it's not confusing if you see it as she wanted to choose the woman to replace her daughter rather than letting him find someone they might not agree to.
Grief can do only one of two things: tear a family apart or bring them together. Sarah's parents are hypocrites for trying to push women onto OP, then turn around and blame him for moving on. They need to grieve and leave the grandkids out of their mess, they've suffered enough.
At first they would bother OP about getting a partner so the kids will have a new mom and then they would complain about him doing it, what the fuck?
I know right 😵💫
Grief causes you to do random things
@@BASIC8584 Been in grief stages that however is just bizarre or fake.
@@michie666 its not the same for everyone
@@michie666 It's possible they wanted him with a certain girl in a way to control them
There's always a Sarah in the story 🦋
Olivia, too. Every story.
@@inacook2285 yup Olivia and Sarah must be the story tellers favorite names lol
NTA because you weren't ready to start dating at that time but after time has passed you were ready to start dating and found a woman that you felt comfortable to have a relationship with,at least your in laws finally learned to understand that and decided to take it a day at a time for now, let's hope that they can move on and be civil with each other in the long run.
They (in-laws) literally tried to replace their daughter with a substitute for his kids... wtf is this as* backward reverse psychology for him to find someone himself and for his kids. The in-laws need to leave him alone they have no right to do this.
6 months after death of loved one and pushing to remarried to strangers without asking O.P if this'll okay to do. Honestly, kinda best to do lower contact or no contact for while until there's respect for wishing
3rd story ive heard where a man married his highschool sweetheart after being lab partners only for her to die in a car accident and then had the inlaws trie to pull some bs over the kids.
The parents aren't bad people, their actions were the result of misplaced grief. It can really mess with your mind and the fear of forgetting because yes with time the thoughts of loved ones that has pass away do come less and less. It's inevitable. But that doesn't mean you love them less. Therapy is always the solution.
No matter what type of reddit story there is, there are way too many stories of someone getting hit by a drunk driver. 😢
