    Way to level up! Sounds like you understood and accepted the risks and completed the assignment. Like you said, sometimes you just gotta get after it and show yourself you can do it. You definitely level’d up some mental gains

    Nothing but respect man. I do these things so I can literally feel the video. But yeah idk for some reason the thoughts before bed are something else. For some reason you are really calm yet the most insane person. One day I had a random thought that I need to do 1000 pushups the next day and this was around the time where I ouldnt do more than 25 pushups at a time and for some reason man I just decided to note down it in my diary and read it in the early morning. The next day I started, did around 120 in the morning around the span of 45 minutes. I had school that day but for some reason when I read what I wrote in the diary I just felt i had to do it no particular reason just the pride and so I busted out some pushups whenever possible, between classes, on the breaks, in the school bus etc, by the time school got over I did around 700 pushups. However my ars were so sore that I couldnt do more than 4 at a time still for some reason I was like be a man of your word or in this case writing. Anyways I completed it at around 11pm. Physically I felt really bad specifically my arms and chest, but never felt better mentally. The serotonin and endorphins were going wild. I felt the need to do this everyday as in note down what I thought the day before and do it the next day. It varied from physical workouts like pushups, dandalam (an indian version of pushup), thopukarnam (squats) etc, to studying to talking to girls etc. I remember this time when I challenged myself to talk to a 100 girls the next day and I just would go up to every girl, student, teacher, janitor doesnt matter and would have a conversation, some were amused, some were suprised, some were creeped out (prlly cuz I aint that handsome and I dont mean to be self depriciating but I am aware of my strength and weakness) but a lot were on board and yeah it was successful. Then afterwards my grade got to know about this since I had been doing this (this as in writing down last thoughts and goals before bed and acting upon them the next day). Some ridiculed, some saw me as a wierd person but a lot started to adopt healthy habits I was happy that I was able to make some small change in the environment. Am 17 now, been doing this for an year and was suprised to find someone else who did the same. Prlly why I rambled on so much. Anyways man the point is keep doing what you are doing, keep hustling, have nothing but respect for you. Have a good day. May the god be with you.

      Thank you for taking the time to write this man. I have nothing but respect for someone who can promise himself to do exactly what needs to be done, and keep that promise.
      That's actually crazy that you managed to get a bunch of ppl in your school to do good habits, good fricking job. I hope to influence that many ppl one day too lol

    Dude, you did WAY more than 10 miles. If you were on a 400 meter track, and you were in lane 8 (the outermost lane) the whole time, you did closer to 11.35 miles

    good job bro, try to not walk at all and keep running. All that pain, chafing, blistering is part of the process and something you need to learn to push through starting your journey as a endurance runner. I was once where you were, but just keep your head down and keep pushing through.

    One Information for you. If you run in lane 8 you will run a lot more meters. The 400m track is only applicable if you run in lane 1. Because you always counted 0,25 miles as one lap. You probably ran 20-30 meters extra per lap (even if you subtract the 9 meters for every mile you run, because a mile is a little more than 4 laps). So based on my estimations you probably ran about 10.5 - 11 miles. I think the apple watch will not account for those extra meters. At least I would assume that it awards you 400m run regardless in which lane you are running on, because the gps is probably not accurate enough and it automatically detected you were running on a 400m track.
    Great job on the running by the way it is always wonderful to see people challenge themselves and to test their limits. And sorry, that my calculations are in meters, I am european so I have no idea, what meters are in feet.

      @RealOleax  4 месяца назад

      Thanks bro, I'm technically a fellow European too so meters literally make more sense lmao. I wasn't rly being too accurate with the counting, I just thought it would be easier to assume every lap was .25 miles (I ran in lane 8 to make it harder lol)

    In January i started running 3 to 4 times a week. I started with doing 1 mile and tryinf to run it without stopping and a moderate pace. It was hard at first. 9 months later. I can run a 5k without stopping in 28 mins. Itll just get better
