Seems like a great place to raise a family and have all of our favorites close by (Target, Costco, Trader Joes, Whole foods, Pollo Tropical!! )

this is the best coral springs video yet. i used to live by mullins park on coral ridge drive. though i live in nyc now. i loved seeing coral square mall, i went jp taravella. watching this video made me think about coming back. everything about this place felt like a dream. great video. keep touring
Wow, Joseph thanks so much for the encouraging words! I'm very familiar with Springs. My little brother went to Taravella years ago and I used to be the managing editor for the local newspaper City News (I still have some of the articles I wrote lol). Coral Springs was one of the very first planned communities in Broward. I remember driving "way west" lol back in the 80's to visit friends who lived there.
I’ve eaten in that food court! We lived nearby in the mid-80’s when Coral Square was almost new

Coral Springs was the first place I considered when I made the decision to move to Florida. One of my coworkers has a place there.

I lived in Coral Springs when I was kid, back in 1984 & 85. I haven’t been there since but it definitely has changed. It was the Everglades back then

I used to live in Coral Springs back in 1996 when I was 8 years old, I felt like I lived in paradise I miss it so much. I am dying to go and visit/vacation there sometime. It would be a dream to be able to actually move there close to where I lived before.

Haha I remember when Coral Square and Pompano Fashion Square were all the rage. They certainly needed a renovation over the years. I used to be managing editor of the City News, headquartered on Coral Ridge Drive.

I lived in pineridge in middle school!
You missed the non gated high end neighborhood off of wiles road , called the hills . And deerfield beach is only 15- 20 minutes away . Way too many schools , and traffic during the school year is horrendous . Coral springs is all about it's centralized location . And i like it here . it really is a good place to live .

Haha I used to when I first moved down here way back. Not anymore really. There are a lot of NY transplants throughout the state.

It would be nice to have a the kind of $ to afford to live in a plan with boat slips, although I'd be happy enough with a sunnier version of the life I live right now. I probably still have a better chance of that kind of living in the Tampa area. Not cheap, but a tad cheaper than Miami area.

Was raised here and currently live here. Only downside are that the homes are extremely expensive. An apartment can go as low as 120,000 if you’re lucky. Wish homes go down in prices in the future but that’s wishful thinking.

Also it is the most humid state in America, as well as the wettest state in the nation, getting rain almost everyday between May through October. Also in 2019, about 19.3 percent of the population in Florida aged 25 years and went to college and got a bachelor's degree.. Should I move to Florida?
