I really appreciate the commitment to research. I wonder, though, PF, where your diversity is and how are you reaching out to people that are not Caucasian? I look at the executives here and see only older white men. You do have Spanish language presentations, though, and that is positive. Let's go all the way, as you say, and reach all people equally.
