Bicycle Trip Penang - Ipoh, Day 2: Taiping To Ipoh

Join me on the second leg of our cycling adventure from Taiping to Ipoh! 🚴‍♂️ We covered 81 kilometers, pedaling through scenic paddy fields and off-road trails. Along the way, we explored the fascinating Taiping abandoned tunnel. Our breakfast at Famous Corner Shop in Taiping included delightful toasts, eggs, and coffee. After lunch at Fu Lai Ker Coffee shop in Chemor, we arrived in Ipoh, where we stayed at Abby by the River Hotel. The hotel’s unique feature? We could bring our bicycles right into our room! Join us as we discover the charm of Ipoh’s old town, indulge in snacks and desserts at Niang Republic, and savor a classic Teow Chew Tau Fu Fa at Ding Feng. Let’s keep rolling!”
