That's a great point Chael made. Heel hooks aren't like most other submissions. You don't really feel pressure being applied before consequences like with toe holds or anklelocks. The consequences just kind of happen if you don't stop the problem fast enough. It goes from "that feels a little funny" to *POP*

I paused after i removed the leg from the torso of the bird.....that sound. The sound in the first submission is like the sound a chicken leg being removed from the body but amplified. i used to take privates with Vinny 4 or 5 times a week back in the day when i was fighting in small MMA shows.. his only requirement to train me was that I wouldnt tap in a fight or comp.. not saying it is smart but just the old school mentality
