Very nice, beautifully done! Steenen Man (opening) is between Zurich and Harlingen on the sea dyke, there is now a restaurant nearby. The second shot shows the townhall of Bosward. One of the steps has a slightly different height. The story goes that people getting married in the townhall that did NOT trip on their way out after their wedding, would have a happy long-lasting marriage. In 1971, it was the first place in Friesland I showed my girlfriend (from The Hague), pointing this out to her. We walked up and down the steps a few times to make sure we didn't trip. After getting married, moving to New Zealand and catching each other after the occasional minor stumble in life, we're still happily together. Thanks for bringing back a whole bunch of memories!

Het mooie voormalig stadhuis van Bolsward heeft gelukkig weer een bestemming gekregen, zag ik laatst. De beelden van de Broerekerk op de achtergrond zijn uniek; deze kerk is in 1980 grotendeels afgebrand. Op de muren is een een soort open dak-constructie aangebracht. Ziet er stijlvol uit nu, maar toch een verlies voor de stad Bolsward. De ‘stenen man’ is uiteraard Caspar di Robles, een man met een beladen historie voor Noord Nederland.

Wat bedoel je daarmee? Het inkleuren is een automatisch proces waar ik geen invloed op heb. Kleuren van objecten handmatig veranderen is geen optie (ondoenlijk). Er kan ook geen referentiefoto aan de A.I. worden "gevoerd" met de huidige kleuren.
Het is niet alleen Zurich/Surch, Bolsward/Boalsert (vanaf 0:09) en Sloten/Sleat (vanaf 1:25), maar ook een shot van IJlst/Drylts vanaf 1:10. Het water vanaf 0:57 weet ik niet.
Well, I'm sorry about the mixup on the place name. Obviously those sort of thighs happen, and sometimes the archivist will correct them if told the right place, sometimes not. At least you have several people that are all convinced that it is one particular place and not a dozen different ones, so they are likely right. Personally I thought the music was fine, but I grew up listening to classical music rather than electric guitars and drum sets, so I can see why other people might find the music disturbing; there isn't enough distortion and electric guitar howling. All will be better after the re-upload, all the old comments will be gone. :-)
I have now corrected the title and the description. The timeline still needs to be completed. Hopefully viewers will help to identify the locations in detail.

Ik heb vandaag toch maar besloten de film niet te verwijderen. De titel en beschrijving zijn nu aangepast.
