- Tripreports. Lufthansa Long Haul Inflight Flight Review. This is our first flight on an Airbus A380 800. Our flight is with Lufthansa on their Airbus A380 800. We have been lucky enough to pre-book seats in the Economy Class Upper Deck of this aircraft. The Economy Class lower deck has a 3-4-3- seat configuration and on the upper deck of this Lufthansa Airbus A380 800 the seat configuration is 2-4-2.
Before boarding this flight from Frankfurt Airport to Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok Airport) we take you on a tour through Frankfurt Airport to show you what it is like to transfer flights here. The time between our connection flight is 6-7 hours so we have time to explore the Z Terminal at Frankfurt Airport which is where the Lufthansa Long Haul flights depart from. I also like enjoying airports as much as flying, so everytime i fly long-haul with a stopover i like allowing myself a long layover so i can´t spend sometime at the transit airport. Great job guys!

Thanks for another enjoyable video. I haven't had the privilege of flying Lufthansa yet but I did get to try upstairs in Economy on the A380 flying Singapore Airlines to Singapore in 2012 where we then flew Silk Air to Phuket. It's quieter upstairs and less crowded. I also love how you only have two seats together instead of three. Since then I've found it hard to score an economy seat upstairs on the A380.
