    Separate small pieces of onion epidermis, keep them in watch glass containing Neutral
    red solution ( 0.005 % ) for 10 min. Rinse thoroughly with D.W. (H2O ) ,then examine
    microscopically .
    1- Does the cells , stained ?
    2- Which part of the cells are stained more than the other ?
    3- Does the cells died or remain alive at the end of the experiment. Give reason for both cause
