The correct way to stop backwards on ice!

Are you able to stop while going backwards on the ice??? This is a very important safety move to learn when learning to ice skate/figure skate.
The move we are looking at is the backward snowplough stop. It is one of the most overlooked things when people are learning to figure skate. I highly recommend you learn it when practicing on the ice.
