Well you can't argue with that demonstration lol
These are on my wish list.
Oh my god. This is what I was looking for for my wife. Imma buy these no lie. I wanted to go the cheap way and blacking out the room because she works night shift as an L&D nurse. She wouldn’t let me be a cheap ass but this will be absolutely amazing.
I had to get double curtains and special blackout underneath. I would much rather have this system. But if you have priced them before. You know how scary the price is.
I’ve never seen shutters with built in blackout blinds this is awesome! How much does this cost for this particular example you are showing??
I need those as i sleep during the daytime
just what I am looking for, excellent presentation mate!
Exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks.
I need these for my bedrooms that get too much sun. I wonder if I can get one for my kitchen.
I live in Australia and cannot find these anywhere.. please advise where I can buy the retractable track shutters to give 100% blackout.
If you sold these in America, I would put these on every window in my home. My wife is a night nurse, and for years we've been trying to find a solution that would COMPLETELY blackout the room so she could sleep well during the day. This is far and away the best solution that I have found.
Please take my money!
I wish we could help! Hopefully in the future we will be able to expand and start selling in America 😃
@@absoluteplantationshutters8160 I want some in America too!!
@@Whisperhollow Soon hopefully! 🤞
Hi do they sell these in Australia ?
@@nz_seafood_safari Hi Luke, unfortunately we don't sell them in Australia but I'm sure there are shutter companies that would :)
Does anyone in Australia make these?
Great example of product, you could easy do Tv sales
To they have a store in Florida?
Is there a minimum depth requirement for the window opening? What is the depth of this kind of shutters with the built in blackouts?
Where are you based?
From the outside
A black window can only be seen?
awesome!!! Wish you were in Nevada!
Anyone figure out how to get these in the US or in California? Does anyone make these here? I need them…
Fantastic 👌🏼
Where can I get these outside of the UK?
Do you have a reseller in Australia?
omfg how da fish do you build that are you in Amsterdam btw cuz i went there similar like dis nuts
Do you do these with smart blinds for the black out blind bit??
Wowww ❤
Can they be installed also in exterior? That is to provide much better sun/heat protection.
Can i get these in america??
Hi Frank, unfortunately we only cover North West England sorry!
@@absoluteplantationshutters8160 Then i need to move to North West England
.
@@franknovella2345 Definitely! 😄
@@absoluteplantationshutters8160 will you take Us in? 😂
Yoooooo! These are amazing!
Amazing
Says you no longer offer blackout blinds, however how good were the blackout blinds at keeping the cold out were they fairly sealed all the way round when shut ?
Hi Mark, yes unfortunately we no longer offer the blackout blinds. However the shutters themselves are very good at keeping the cold out because they are solid hardwood, and so act as another layer of insulation :)
@@absoluteplantationshutters8160 I presume you discontinued black out blinds either because upholding a guarantee on them was too much hassle or they're not in demand?
@@marklittler784 Yeah unfortunately we had a few too many issues with the built in blinds failing. If people want 100% blackout we would now recommend purchasing a blackout blind separately that can be installed behind the shutters.
Hi, where are the shutters manufactured?
We have two product ranges, Chinese made shutters and UK made shutters :)
@@absoluteplantationshutters8160 What is the difference between the Chinese and UK made shutters?
@@theandroids They are all premium quality hardwoods, the main differences are the Chinese product has a longer lead time, a shorter guarantee and doesn't have the UV protected paint. You can find full product information on our website :)
@@absoluteplantationshutters8160 Ok thanks.
Are these NORMAN ?
wow i wish i had that shutter
Without the blackout blind being pulled down, if you don’t have that, do the actual shutters themselves offer enough blackout so your room is quite dark or not really
I have a strange problem whereby on a windy day my curtains or blinds end up smelling funny so I was hoping just to have shutters but I also need total blackout
Hi!
Without the blackout blind behind the shutters are still very dark, they are not fully blackout without the blind but around 90-95% blackout.
Hope this helps!
That’s great, very interested. What if you have condensation problem and you get a lot of condensation buildup on windows and frame in autumn and winter months, will the shutters exacerbate the problem or reduce, I’m a little worried
What if you have condensation problem and you get a lot of condensation buildup on windows and frame in autumn and winter months, will the shutters exacerbate the problem, thanks so much and awesome Demonstration
@@deepconsciousconnections The shutters don't really make too much difference to condensation, if anything they will help slightly as they are an extra barrier between the warm air in your house and the cold windows. Our shutters are 100% hardwood, kiln dried and have 6 layers of paint & lacquer so they are protected from any moisture. We also have 100% waterproof PVC shutters for cases where the shutters may be exposed to large amounts of water for long periods of time :)
@@deepconsciousconnections Really best to leave beds unmade hang clothes and quilts up and have windows open for a few hours during the day, dry yourself with a flannel after a shower wringing it out rather than a towel to reduce condensation in the house, dry clothing in a shed or under a car port outside.
I can still see some light coming from the middle panels. You can call this 100% Blackout.
Hahaha thanks mate! U made my day! =)
Hi do you sell these in Canada?
Unfortunately not sorry :( We only sell in the UK
Roughly how much per widow as shown in this video, with one window being the entire visible window in this video?
For a window that size you'd be looking around £600-700, however unfortunately we no longer offer the blackout shutters
Wow
Takes you back to the uk miners strikes looooool
There are seems of light coming through. :/ i imagine that’s worse in real life. Even more so when your eyes adjust to the dark.
That’s what I’m talking about 👋
97% blackout...lol. That is pretty dark.
How much we talking here kids?
More like 98 percent
