Funny thing about this, my dad went back to college when I was in my late teens or early twenties and he got his degree in raptor biology. I thought "oh great, he's going to find everything that everybody else already knows about dinosaurs..." I only found out a few years after his death 9 years ago that he was actually studying birds of prey and wanted to become a conservationist. And I know it's not the same as catching a wild sturgeon on one of our many many Idaho rivers, but I have a Facebook buddy who has his own sturgeon pond where you're pretty much guaranteed to catch multiple fish every time you go. Lots of little guys, but there's some monsters in there too.
A few of us are heading up to Ballard's in a few weeks can't wait for sweatshirt and short weather it's been so fucking hot in the Midwest as of late maybe we'll try for some sturgeon of the dock can't wait
The higher fat content in your ground beef, the tastier the burger. Something I've always had a problem with, but the that is what actually gives it the flavor. So the more fat you have in the raw product, the better your burger will taste in the end... In theory. I still prefer to find the leanest meat I can and flavor it with other seasonings. Unfortunately, that tends to make the burger a little dry, so I may mix in a little butter.
Dg meat is nasty, one bite and I literally spit it out and gave to my dog and he wouldn't eat , so I gave it to my brothers dog, seriously though true story 🤦🤮 but hey I'm sure if you're three sheet's into the wind anything is good 😂
