Hey, your videos really help me cope with the crazy working adult life i am having right now! Currently drowning in 5 projects at work (6th one still in a very slow initial starting phase) and have half and full day meetings almost every day of the week and have mentally checked out of my job at this point. Cannot wait to finish 1 key project in mind before i throw in the letter early next year even if i haven't thought of a backup plan yet!
Your work does sound overwhelming🥺 Must be tough even finding time to apply for jobs! Hang in there, fatten your savings and then plan for your exit, you got this!
@@yuldaze Thanks! I'm just trying to hang in there but it's really tough. Have to pretty much do some work every night at home (such as now) because I often don't have enough time to do it during office hours 😣 To be honest, it's not just my company that's bad, the whole industry generally sucks (I'm in the construction industry). So, I'm looking to jump to an entirely different field, hoping I have transferable skills. Anyway, your videos have been therapeutic for me so it is much appreciated that you're making such relatable content!

I am from HK and learnt a lot of vocabulary form your vlog. Thanks. Your dinner with MIL seldom use chopsticks. Another thing is you add "the" before husband. In HK, we say "my husband" or leave it without article "husband". But I am used to see "my husband" now hahah.

when i passed my paper driving test they give u a intermediate license when ur like 16 n u can drive with adults in the passenger side... or if ur working late at night ur allowed to drive by ur self from work to home... u still drive with limitations 7am-10:20pm till u pass the driving test full fledge...

I NEED tips on driving... especially the parallel and the 3 point turn in the circuit.
NGL I still suck at reverse parking😂 what helped was the consecutive circuit practice in the days leading up to the practical test to REALLY get used to the circuit!

Hmm pretty much the same as other interviews, I rehearsed responses to potential qns. Also demonstrated high interest in the job, just short of being desperate 😂

I recall in the 90s when I was visting SG for work, that if you had a certain sticker on your car, you weren't permitted to drive in the central downtown area. I believe this was to control traffic congestion. Your parents/in-laws might recall this if you ask them.
