This recipe and the techniques shared here results into amazing aloo parathas. Freshly roasted and coarsely ground coriander & cumin seeds are the key ingredients. Also the chopped coriander leaves, green chilli and aamchur are indispensable. Only thing I added was a tsp of grated ginger: my taste preference. Best ones I ever made! Thank you.
