@@ModernDIYCraftsman They planned to start in two phases but since trains are delayed, now they are going to start the whole route at once. Also work on all stations at the other stretch is in advance stage and I believe they will be able to finish that too before trains arrives. Heavy panelty must be imposed on officials who have been handling this.
