    1 hour and 15 minutes have passed and I send the large Easter cake to bake in an oven preheated to 200°, first for 10 minutes, then lower the oven temperature to 180° and bake for about another 50-55 minutes.
    Of course, you are guided by your oven. If the top of the cake starts to bake, I’ll cover it with foil.
