Nuanced responses about Climate Change and Corona. I love this human's Reflective nature. It is refreshing to see someone in the "regenerative space" who isn't trying to "save the world." Indeed, the answers are within. Thanks for posting this beauty. 😍
I have missed Charles, he hasn't shown up in my feed lately, maybe he is not woo woo enough anymore! An interpretation of what the Sabath day was to have no effect on your external natural environment, basically sit and be nature not in it or with it. People are waking up to these ways of being thanks to people like Charles.
I have mad respect for him, Thankyou for this conversation However I would love to know where he stands on the campaign and the bold moves and endorsements now, not even sure where the North Star is now
@@ashleywyatt7114 thankyou, well written, and beyond what many can fully understand because it was far from surface level chat. I pray that the heart of mankind not be blinded by the division and Fear that media/politicians sow, for a scorpion is a scorpion, it attacks, because that's what scorpions do. But... May we instead all step forward in love, and make our best choice, not to deepen the divide, but to sow love, and vote for the highest good of all + that means for the Mother Earth as well. Thankyou for pointing me to his substack! Peace be with you!
A lot of great stuff here. Regarding climate... Just because many of the responses are laughable, doesn't stop the underlying facts from showing climate (and related) is on a terrifying path: global temperatures, ocean heat, ocean acidification, ocean detoxification, albedo, glaciers, habitat destruction, earth energy imbalance...
Wow. Interesting conversation that I guess would be considered taboo? Thanks for going there, and I really felt uplifted by some of my feelings with regards to these issues voiced so well. The othering and hypocrisy of Ardern , and just in general of how that narrative played out re vaccines/ mandates etc has baffled me...along with so much that doesnt make any sense to me at all...its invigorating to hear it spoken out loud somehow..... naughty? And carbon credits baffle me also and charles gave me more insght in to the discomfort I feel around that too. Thank you for another thought provoking conversation. I hope RFK gets in...if I was a U.S citizen I couldnt vote for biden or trump, so I guess RFK would be the wild, devil may care card? Interesting times. Thanks again.
It seems that Carbon Credits are green washing. Indeed, it feels like a tool to distract willing hearts, sharp minds and able bodies to put their energy towards something that does not create value or meaning... like the current economic system. Great comment Meg. Thanks for you.
Oooo this is gonna be a good one 🍿big fan of Charles Eisenstein

I'm here to save the world and I'm not afraid of being laughed at.

He still writes on his substack. He also mentions why he’s backed off of the podcasts/public speaking etc.
So interesting! And thank you for being such a great interviewer.
