It is highly misleading and incorrect that if somebody talks about the contribution of christian scholars in Nalanda and Thakshashila (taxila), the first universities in the planet. It may be true that jesus was a student in Thakshashila between his 12 th year and 32 years of age. It will be mad if somebody tells about the contribution of christian scholars, even before the establishment of christian religion.
I think this person is not as much pure as he says. For example, Palai bishop Mar Joseph Kallarangatt wrote an article in Mathrubhumi against the acts of the left govt against church institutions and the contribution of chrisitanity from the beginning of the millenia and about chriitian scholars in nalanda and taxila in 2007. Namboodhiri wrote the reply article after some days and his comments were so rude and violent against the church. So I think he has some anti minority feeling.
