2017 Ford Explorer PI - 3.7 liter engine - AWD with 40,000 miles and in like new running condition and shape. From the City of Orange County, CA - no rust here what so ever. Super clean and very sharp. The whole vehicle has been fully reconditioned inside out, new paint, new everything, clean and clear title. Sold as is - where is.

Great looking vehicle. Sounds like the fan relay has an issue. The fan kicks on and off (turbo mode) like that when there is an issue with the fan. Normally the fan will stay at one speed and not switch on and off like that at those speeds. If you look at the fan while the engine is running you will notice that when the fan is not on turbo, it will not be spinning at all. Which is why the turbo continues to turn off and on to cool the engine due to the relay issue. This was a common problem that Ford put out a technical alert on.
Thank you so much for confirming the fan relay situation. I did only find one relay in place and the secondary relay was missing which was ordered. This vehicles do have a left and a right fan relays and was only working out of 1. She’s all good now.

That’s easy to say for anyone looking at the book trying to figure out pricing. I don’t blame you. But I suggest you try going to an auction and look at those hi selling prices for beat up cars with half of the interior missing. Go and see if it makes any sense at all, your book doesn’t mean anything really but who am I to tell you how a clock works right? I’m nobody.

What are the extra buttons on the steering wheel? I notice the auxiliary is enabled on your cluster too. Clean car all around.
If I was looking for a particular vehicle (I'll pay finders fee etc) would you specialize in that? I'm looking for a white P1 Explorer, AWD V6, (none hybrid). Lowest miles/cleanest example. Clean interior (with new/aftermarket center console if possible)
