I love TOTs too but have to admit the detail on Neca was on another level. Two important details you didnt mention for me, was the teeth on Necas are much more realistic and the eyes on Necas move.
When you see the Neca one in person it's definitely night and day when it comes to comparison. NECA did an incredible job. TOT made him in a lazy way.
Yeah, but the face mold for tots looks much more like him in the movie
The upside to that (hopefully) is TOTs steps their game up.
The only thing I can say about neca the nose is super odd

Bride of Chucky is my fave movie of the series and the look on the NECA doll..... perfect !!!
Both are great dolls but I prefer the Neca doll. If the teeth were more detailed on the TOTS doll, I might prefer TOTS. But as they come, I like Neca more.

Yeap the teeth and paint job is the worst parts about the Tots. The mold is spot on.
I will always very much appreciate trick or treat studios for getting the ball rolling as regards chucky doll props being produced in the first place. A real dream come true for us chucky appreciators and collectors.
Its cos of this others wanted to also cash in on the big success of the chucky franchise.This just goes to prove and show all these toy company's that items don't always need to be very low dirt cheap price points in order for people to want to buy an item. The collectors market is a whole new world. Just nice to see such iconic movie figures and props being made full stop.
I think both are awesome in there own ways. The tots clothing is definately of the higher quality.
The neca clothing is very similar to that of the cheaper tots plush chucky.
In my trueful opinion the seed of chucky look has always been my favorite

I definitely want both, I love how the face paint on the Neca doll looks so realistic but i did get to see the TOTS one in person at a Comic Con and he looks even more amazing in person. And I agree with the Spencers Doll not being enough, I had those and as they are good they just don't do Chucky justice. I'm hoping to get my hands on the TOTS Chucky as they sadly won't be available anymore after this year, that was definitely disappointing news. Love your videos and your collection of dolls are amazing, even the non chucky ones.
I like both but I like the face expression in ToTs better. I like the face paint on the NECA. But I really don’t like the hair on the NECA.
The TOTS Chucky looks like an animated/cartoon version of him..
The NECA Chucky has more depth in the paint, those cool eyeballs and the non-foam body set it apart...easily my choice to purchase

Not even, the detail is kinda garbage. Each movie chucky had a different face shape so they did get the face shape for the movie they’re made from right.
I honestly think it's impossible to not think the Neca one looks more movie accurate. It just does, it looks like you're looking at pictures from the movie.
But the ToT's Seed one definitely has a lot of pros to it too. I just feel like it's only really representative of the film's appearance in certain shots, certain angles.
If Neca made a Good Guys doll then.. omg I know it would look like the pictures ToTs used to advertise theirs.
Technically tots is still really accurate probably neca would add like a speakerbox or something or like maybe the cult of chucky good guy doll?
I have both of those Chucky dolls also and I love them just the way they are….I prefer to keep my dolls all original with no modifications

The ToT one looks a bit like the Pinguoin from Batman returns
I thought that they looked more like in the movie were chucky had real skin
I think people are just salty on the wait time with the neca version because I’m scratching my head why ppl jump over the tots version . Granted they’re sculpts from 2 different movies but the tots version imo are not as great as people hype them to be especially the seed doll, ultimate chucky looks way better compared to their seed .

The Bride of Chucky movie doll doesn't have a left eyebrow (only the right eyebrow is left on the doll after Tiffany stitched him up) which looks like NECA didn't quite get that part right. The paint seems superior in the TOTS Seed of Chucky doll compared to NECA, however, the sculpt is questionable on TOTS part. I feel like I gravitate more to NECA's sculpt the most and overall presence.
The sculpt of the TOTS dolls are honestly terrible. Looks like a Spencers sculp

Cool to see the comparison! I prefer the TOTS one, but I like the mouth on the NECA one. Anyways - what I REALLY wanna know is - WHEREEEEEE are the extra Chucky heads for the TOTS Ultimate Chucky doll?! It's already April and they don't even have a 'Coming Soon' page on their site yet? They said they'd be out this year, right?

It’s Tots for me. I’m a stickler probably for Chucky’s hair more than anything and the Neca one is just NOT cutting it for me. It reminds me almost of the old one from Spencer’s.
I’ve got his hair just the way I like it with the Tots one. Got him next to the knives in my kitchen like he’s about to pull some shit.
Man, no disrespect to your viewpoint, but I just can't comprehend how anyone could prefer the ToTS one over NECA, much less not sing their praises with what they accomplished. Objectively speaking, I just think the Bride one looks way more accurate to the movie compared to the Seed version. Then you have additional quality like with the articulated eyeballs, the head's on a ball joint, a hand that can hold things, and the sculpted stitching on the chest. Although ToTS at least got the arm stitching, something NECA failed to do.

In the background the NECA one looks MUCH better.
Overall Neca’s doll is “better” but there is a few things that ToTs did better which are the clothes (not shoes) and hair. Other than that, Neca blows ToTs out the water.
You can't really compare them though cause one from seed and the other from bride

Neca Tiffany is stunning but I agree the clothing department is a lot better on the tots
The hair is the weakest point on the Neca doll , but overall I feel the Neca doll is superior to that of the TOT’s .. but I really do love the Ultimate Chucky from TOT’s
I just got mine. The hair is very intact, not a single hair strand got lose. Yours does seem to show exes of hair sections that mine didn't have.
I feel sorry for him, all that money he spent and his doll looks really messed up compared to others.
Neca looks way better I’d go with Neca for all that you can get something better from Neca than have the lazy version from TOTS im sure they’ll fix the hair issue

Hey edgar i have those pluse the ultimate chucky to and its better clothes on the tots seed of chucky so i which the overalls i put the seed of chucky overalls on the neca chucky and if fest much better and i put the neca overalls on the seed of chucky. I like it much better but thats me you should try it see how you like it .and am abscess to i want to to get the plush good guy next am glad i got a unstading wife lol

I love the neca dolls but I doubt Neca will ever release anything that tops them

Honest opinion seed of chucky looks better
I own the trick or treat studios one & can honestly say the NECA one is far better & poseable than the TOT's one, only reason people are saying the TOT's one is better is because that's the one they own & can get their hands on, the NECA one is far harder to get your hands on, and is pretty hard to get for a decent price, but once its all said its really boils down to personal preference. I prefer TOT's one because seed of chucky was always my favorite look as a kid. Very grateful that trick or treat studios making these very much available & not stop selling them just after 2 years.

The original Chucky look is the best…bride of Chucky still following the look with stitches…the seed of Chucky is its own and not my favorite look
I have both, well actually I have 3 different ones, but my favorite would have to be the Neca, I personally just think it looks better than any of the other ones, and my friend gave it to me as a goodbye gift when it looked like I was gonna die of cancer, it was my first Chucky, and I found him sitting in my bedroom in a chair with a knife in one hand and a note in the other that said "Friends Till the End" I still don't know how this guy keeps getting In my house, I think that's why he feeds my Pitbulls every time he comes over 🤷♂

The mouth and lips etc are so much better on the NECA. Looks more realistic. The TOTs looks odd in the face.
