Umaga hurts the worst for me. If you haven’t seen the documentary The Usos did, I think on WWE Network. They talk about how Umaga is directly responsible for getting them into WWE and if he hadn’t seen something in them they probably wouldn’t be wrestling.
I have a Ten Bell Salute story that's kind of like Nate's. I attended a local wrestling show by ECCW (at the time it stood for Extreme Canadian Championship Wrestling, but has since been rebranded Elite Canadian Championship Wrestling) about a week after the deaths of Stu Hart and Road Warrior Hawk. As expected, at the beginning of the show, the ring announcer was setting up the Ten Bell Salute by informing the audience about the recent deaths and asking everyone to stand in a moment of silence. But some asshole in the audience kept heckling the ring announcer (a guy called Scotty Sweater-Vest), shouting at Scotty to "Shut the hell up" and "Get on with the show" and other crap like that.
I couldn't believe the level of disrespect that a supposed "wrestling fan" was showing to the Ten Bell Salute of not only the patriarch of the Hart family, but also one half of arguably the greatest tag team in the history of the business. It was all I could do to stay in my seat and not track the bastard down and beat the crap out of him. The only reason why I didn't was because I was afraid that doing so would have gotten me kicked out.
In a slightly related story, about a week after The Ninth Wonder Of The World Chyna passed away, I went to another local wrestling show, this one done by ECCW's competition, All Star Wrestling. I went there totally expecting to share a moment of silence in Chyna's honour during a Ten Bell Salute, yet there was nothing. Not even a mention of her passing. Not even a memorial page in the show's program. One of the local wrestlers, Disco Fury (a cheap knock off of Disco Inferno), was retiring that night, and HE was given a whole glorious send off. Yet nothing for one of the greatest female wrestlers in the history of the business. That pissed me off. And I let them know about it on their Facebook page.
Yeah, both of them deserve some flack after that so disrespectful I’m glad that they’re not even successful companies to be honest

I think if he was still alive and the one thing that could’ve saved him from not killing himself is if he had a boyfriend if he would’ve had a boyfriend to let him know that people like you are special and people like you deserve being in this world and you cannot kill yourself because people people talk crap or who you are if you would’ve have a boyfriend that helped him out with all of his problems I think he would’ve been stay alive and he could be the first ever gay world champion as a man if he wanted to but yeah, I feel bad for him. Also, there was this one time where he was thinking about committing you know suicide by getting hit by a bus but he didn’t do it only because his brother was there and he didn’t want to traumatize his brother but yeah, the only people that he revealed his sexuality to was Brian Cage and the young bucks and they said that to canyon that there’s nothing wrong with that and they still love him no matter what even if he was gay and I remember there was this beautiful moment where he had a dark match against Sharkboy and instead of just beating the heck out of Sharkboy in a squash match, he decided to let Sharkboy get a lot offense in and have a great classic match on velocity and and people were upset about that match because it was such a great match and everybody didn’t like that backstage and now they were thinking about trying to do something with Sharkboy and WWE, but they decided to not sign him for whatever reason I do remember was just one time where Chris Canyon was booked in a Indy wrestling show that Brian Cage made for his hometown audience to see and it was the main event it was supposed to be Brian cage taking on kanyon and Kanyon was supposed to win that match but instead Chris told Brian that he is going to be the one going over because it’s his whole town but Brian wants Chris Canyon to win but kanyon said no you’re gonna get to win tonight so he decided to put Brian over instead of himself, which is a great thing for him to do in Bryant cage was like 21 or 20 years old around that time which was very cool and then I remember the story that I heard for his last match where he was decided to wrestle as Mortis and the match was so awful people were talking crap about him and everybody else and that’s how around 2010 he decided to commit suicide due to a drug overdose and painkillers, which was very sad but yeah, he has to be one of the most poetic energize and entertaining pro wrestlers in history because who’s better than Canyon everybody or nobody
I'll die on the hill that Chris Benoits in ring career should still be remembered and honor. Believe whatever you want about his mental wellbeing and whether his brain was or wasn't damaged beyond the point of return, but the man and the legacy should be separated. He was one of the best to ever step in the ring.

Something is very off with the official account of the Benoit family tragedy. Supposedly he killed his wife on the late Friday night, he then killed his son the following morning, before committing suicide on the Sunday evening. So he spent almost 48 hours alone in the house with his dead wife and kid. That isn't an act of uncontrollable roid rage. That suggests that something else was at play.
Then there is the case of the mysterious wikipedia entry on the night of his death. Remember, that same evening, he was scheduled to wrestle CM Punk for the ECW championship at the now defunct Vengeance pay per view event. The entry log of the wikipedia page for the event initially said he was absent 'due to grieving the death of his wife and son'. This was deleted within minutes, and instead the post was edited to read 'absent due to personal issues'. Apparently the post was sent to WWE headquarters, but there was no back up or investigation and thus the murder-suicide account became the accepted version of events.
In truth, almost 15 years later, we will never know the full story of what really happened on that infamous weekend. It is a mystery and will likely forever remain that way

I'm disappointed to see Wrestlelamia gloss over Tony Halme's personal life and violent personality. Halme was extremely abusive to his wife and threatened to kill her several times. Halme was also a racist homophobe who showed off Nazi tattoos. This was not an act for a heel persona; Halme wrote openly racist statements towards people in his passages. I need to mention that Tony Halme grew up in troubled household, but that doesn't excuse what he did.
Only you guys can take a 10-minute video and turn it into a 40-minute reaction.
