    Water: is one of the elements in nature- and it sustains life. Our thirst must determine our consumption of water. Taking care to stay hydrated, we must not resort to over hydration. This may lead to sodium electrolyte imbalance. Severe dehydration and over hydration both can be fatal. Approximately each individual should consume about 2-3 litres of water per day. Eating Whole grains with more vegetables, stopping eating sugar, taking any two fruits daily, consuming 3. 5 litres of water, sleeping not less than 8 hours per night, taking sufficient protein foods , doing some physical exercise and being positive solve many health issues. If you drink more than two times , drink an additional amount of water equal to them. The real test is urine should not be dark in colour. It could be white or pale yellow.
