Building a Eurofigher in 2022 with the old OTSR trains is insanity itself when by then the lovely lap bar trains were out, but regardless, PLEASE, do NOT visit and do NOT support this park. There has to be a point where we, as humans, take a stand.
They literally murdered a 6yo girl with zero criminal repercussions.
It's also the ONLY amusement park with mechanical rides I have ever heard of that requires you to sign a death disclaimer to be allowed to ride! I am not joking (unless they removed that in the last few years, please advise if so).
Now if you do not believe that they murdered the child, not voluntarily, but what is called involuntary manslaughter, please read the articles on it. The ride ops were alerted that the seat belt wasn't fastened and ignored it and purposely over rode it! Not only that, there are two stories prior of people almost being killed on the ride (now re named and re themed to Crystal drop, previously Haunted Mine) due to the same issue. These people had to scream out and argue with the ride ops that the seatbelt was not fastened. Ridiculous!
From what I can find, they are still in civil litigation, but there will be no criminal charges filed.
So think of this: Your undertrained employees indisputably cause the death of a child, and not only do you get away with it scot free, it's many years later and you haven't even offered a settlement to the family. Just *THINK* what type of person owns this park. I can't write a word for them in these comments as it will be instantly deleted, but that's what I think of them. Abhorrent to put it politely.
