Omg! I was doing cable chest flys on an incline bench and been having a little bit of issue with my right shoulder which was injured being thrown of a horse on to gravel. Omg! I was doing cable chest flys on an incline bench and been having a little bit of issue with my right shoulder which was injured being thrown of a horse on to gravel. It just never healed properly from the trauma when impact hit. The doctors didn’t seem to be too concerned because my hip had hairline fractures which healed pretty good but tighter. Just tried focusing on retraction and going slower and boom no pain! Thanks! I didn’t realize I wasn’t pinching them together enough. I’m also female and struggle with chest exercises as that’s just something I never really trained until I learned about muscular imbalances.
“Do your freaking face pulls”
Amazing I have been suffering from two frozen shoulders one for 5 years and the other only recently injured. But I tried the slow down technique and it’s amazing actually works and no pain in both shoulders!
Gives me plenty of hope to continue chest workouts with no pain!
Cheers
Damn Jeff, my shoulder really just started hurting for the first time today while I was benching, kinda suspicious🤔😂
Waiting for shoulder instability video like this for a long time thank you
btw where is Jesse..? wait a minute...
Rumour says he got carried away with Baby Shark and cutting to show his 8 pack, that he now can perfectly show his 24 rib pack.
Other rumour says he didn't do his facepulls, but so many jokes with them make me inclined to think that this one might be fake...
Anyways, I hope he can bulk up for the next video.
I'm thrilled to try this out! I have been feeling pain for the past couple of months, making me avoid doing much chest workouts, but now being mindfull of this, I think I can slowly stat workingout again.
Me: My gains are killing my gains
Jeff: Your gains are killing your gains în the wrong way
Me: 😓😓???
Ok. This stupid joke is beyond stupid.
