I had a black one, with tints that dark you could barely see out 😂....Loved it though apart from the fob immobiliser...where you had to tap it to start....never worked properly

Owned a 1.3 SR in89. Traded it for a 1.6 205GTI. Wasn't impressed. Mine was terrible on hot staring. Anyway my bro in law had a beautiful white Nova GTE with the Alloys. He was self employed and hadn't paid all the tax he should have. He needed money quickly. I knew it's history and made him an offer which was accepted. After about 6 I suffered same fate as you. Cops chased it through various parts of Belfast. Was recovered burnt out in Hannastown. Complete with golf clubs, etc. Surely they could have sold the clubs 😂😂😂😂
