I'm not using SBI credit card since 2019. After 3 year I got msg in July 2022 ur payment due 250 rs..Again I got msg in sep ur payment due 2016.69 rs. but I paid 908 becoz I don't want to increase again. Please solve my problem ..I blocked my SBI credit card since 2019 even I don't know my 16 digit no that y I'm not unable to contact in sbi customer care no.
• if you Block Credit Card so it's doesn't means that card is close permanently • first of all for permanently close credit card you have to call customer care • by blocking card ...your card is systematic is active and it's been charged yearly fees ... URGENTLY - clear the dues & call to customer care for permanently closing card

Well Explained.... I had done a CC transaction of Rs. 46,000/- on 8 August and cancelled the same transaction on 11th August.. Refund amount received in CC meanwhile the CC statement got generated on 10th August... Now, whether I need to pay the amount or not.... Your expert advice required Sir.

Hi bro. Icici bank converted my outstanding amount into EMI without telling me and I have returned their whole amount before due date. But customer care didn't agree to my repayment and levied 9000 charges which include 3 percent charges for premature closure and three months interest. The point Is I didn't opt for EMI. Now how can I resolve the issue or complain system for the same
I can understand your problem It's Bank side mistake ..you write a complaint mail ..with whole point with screen shot in major case they refund it .. or unko call pe is trh se bol dena ke agr refund nahi karoge to aapka Card pura use kar ke paise 1 rupee b nahi PAY karunga jo krna ho kar lena ... Ye log pyar se nahi mante h
Some times we purchase online and it selects default as credit card ...we pay the amount When we again check it it's still says total Outstading Then we pay the total amount but bill is pending in EMI. The credit card bill would be generated with EMI and your outstanding due would in negative but once EMI converted, it's penalty for us. It happens due to platform provider because they got some deal with banks.
