Uncovering the Truth: Is Pujol the Ultimate Dining Experience in Mexico City?

- Pujol has been ranked in several occasions as the best restaurant in Mexico. Pujol is one of the most popular restaurants in Mexico City. I was very curious to eat at the best restaurant in Mexico City so I decided to make a reservation. The chef of this restaurant is Enrique Olvera and Netflix has an episode about him on a series called Chef’s Table.
In this video I will show you my experience and my honest opinion about Pujol. I ate there and I must say it really is an incredible culinary experience. Some people say it is the Ultimate Dining Experience in Mexico City.

Una cosa es que se vea bonita la comida y otra es que tenga un sabor extraordinario. A mi no me impresiona un planto bonito. Soy exigente con el sabor, no se dejen engañar

Restos of that class and quality are really special and cannot be compared to medium class places.. (Best in Mexico and 12th. in the world)

Appreciate on the honest review of Pujol. I'm still 50/50 of going there. I've seen other videos and yes, the reviews are mixed. Now I am trying to see if I should spend all the monies in one place OR spend it on the different restaurants you mentioned on your other video :)
I think you should spend the money in several restaurants. Pujol is great but the food is different and some people don’t like it. I think if it’s not a place you really want to visit then you might be disappointed.

Hey Israel... By chance, although upscale, does it appear this restaurant can be kid friendly and/or accommodate large groups (7-10 people)?
Hello 😉 yes there are large tables for groups so you won’t have problems with that. I am not sure if they allow kids but I didn’t see any kids when I went there. Maybe they don’t allow kids as the atmosphere is more serious and elegant. You can email them or call them. They speak english.

Hello. Isreal, have you heard of Sabor Polanco I think it's held in February also have you heard of Maximo the actress Kate De Castillo didn't have a good experience at Maximo.
I haven’t heard of those places. There’s so many restaurants here it’s hard to keep up 😅
@@IsraelPlata Sabor Polanco isn't a resturant, it's a event in Polanco where they have some resturants in Polanco were you can simple there food, I've been twice.
I ate at a fancy restaurant and it was ok
It described an item as a cornmeal patty filled with savory meat in a Mexican sauce, $40. It was a deconstructed tamal! Stupid. I don't like to be fooled. Just give me good food y ya. Que fancy ni que nada.

Yes & foreigners with lots of $$$$! I’m 🇲🇽 & in any way a normal Mexican individual ( making minimum monthly salary 300 average) will be able to afford this restaurant.

Lo único agradable de esas comidas exóticas es la presentación.. ya que no hay comparación a una buena barbacoa de borrego, unos tacos de suadero, alambres, etc..
