  • One of the highlights of any visit to #mexicocity is dining at world-famous restaurant Pujol! The Mexican haute cuisine of celebrity chef/owner -- and Netflix darling -- Enrique Olvera is consistently rated as among the world's best, and we couldn't wait to get there after booking months in advance.
As expected, the food, service and ambience were amazing! In this video, we answer some of the key questions first-time diners will have for visiting #pujol, including dress code, when to book, how long the meal lasts, and price.
We went for lunch and ordered the tasting experiencing -- 6 courses. Here were our picks:
    Lindsay:
    Street Snacks (fixed)
    Rice, scallop, mulato
    Softshell crab, cucumber, daikon, shiso
Duck, black recado, nance, Ixil onions
    Mole madre, mole nuevo (fixed)
    Anise infladita, chocolate, praline
    Michael:
    Street Snacks (fixed)
Chayote squash slices, pico de callo
Cauliflower, almond salsa macha, chile de arbol
Grilled fish, peas, avocado, squash blossom
    Mole madre, mole nuevo (fixed)
    Roasted pineapple, cilantro, lemon

My wife and I paid $480 on a dinner in Eiffel Tower in Paris and $320 in At.mosphere Restaurant in Burj Khalifa in Dubai. It was worth it, the food and the experience. Will make a reservation in Pujol and see how it compares. Nice video.

The servings actually look bigger than I expected. It all looks beautiful and worth it. The only thing, is..and I know it's not Michelin but the environment looks so chaotic and diners looked too close to each other but there's not much you can do to change that! Thanks for sharing. As an Aussie, it looks like it may be a while before I can dine there but I'm making good progress working through Olvera's first book!
