❤️ 6 basic manners you must know before traveling to Japan
Japan, the country most visited by Koreans
Japan has many similarities to Korea, but small differences can ruin a trip with major inconveniences and discomfort.
Here are 6 basic manners you must know before traveling to Japan.
    1. At a restaurant
When you enter the restaurant, wait for the staff to show you your seat. It is considered rude to sit anywhere.
    2. At a cafe
Please obtain permission to charge your cell phone or electronic devices. If you ask for charging or use the outlet arbitrarily, you may be accused of being an 'electricity thief', so carry a spare battery with you.
    3. At the convenience store
When using a convenience store restroom, tell the staff in advance before using it. There is no obligation to buy anything.
    4. At the bar
At a bar, order your drink or alcohol first. It's a burden to have the waiter wait while you look at the menu.
    5. On the subway
Do not ride in women-only compartments on the subway during rush hour. You may be misunderstood as a very rude person.
    6. In a taxi
Do not open or close the door in a taxi. Since it is an automatic door, the driver operates it. If you touch the door incorrectly, it may break down.
