It’s also worth noting that during the 2023 Bahrain GP qualifying, temperatures were ranging between 18°C and 28°C. While in 2024, it was a lot cooler, ranging between 15°C and 20°C. Considering that the RB20 still outperforms the RB19 despite the cooler track conditions is mighty impressive to say the least!

are you mentioning air temperature or track temperature? Cause in Bahrain, even if it was evening, the track temperature would be so high that a slight drop in temperature would actually keep the tires alive in the slow corners towards the end of the lap. I don't know if the track was much more dusty this year. How many cars had failures on qualifying day last year vs this year (affects if there's oil on track)? But yea the 2024 cars seem better over bumps, much more compliant but stable. Good to see.

honestly remove the cost cap in its current state.
Its preventing teams from catching the team with the most sound concept (currently RB)
Red Bull are currently protected by the cost cap, all these wins are inflated.
Never has there been a cost cap and weve seen championship battles ALMOST every year.
This is the worst the sport has EVER been.
If there was no cost cap, mercedes, ferrari AND mclaren wouldve won a few races each last season and Red Bull would have still won.
And this season we’d see challenge from the other teams. Whereas its just again, NOTHING.
The teams are now spending about what williams used to spend pre-costcap.
Do you think Williams of 2020 could EVER catch renault of 2020? no

It was already clear in the pre-season testing that one of the weaknesses of the RB19, traction out of low speed corners, had been greatly improved. We saw this last year on a couple of the street circuits where the Red Bull car didnt excel. It's too early to tell if those issues are now completely resolved, but if they are whilst other strong points have remained, the RB20 could be even more of a beast then the RB19.

RB20 is very tailored by W11 capabilities and Max's drive-style ( late braking and fast car turn), the biggest evolution is that RB20 can brake late, and can even brake + turn at the same time, someting that most F1 cars get issues with( one of the biggest W11 strenghts). Having grip, and not overheating the brakes is something thats needs perfect symphony between Aerodynamic and Brakes airflow.

Red Bull is traditionally weaker in street circuits in the ground effect era. After 2 years we have a good picture of what tracks are good for Red Bull and not.
Monaco, for example, is not a good track for them, as last year Aston Martin had the fastest car but Verstappen with driving ability got the pole. The Red Bull car is not that good in slow corners and for this the other teams will be very close in tracks like Monaco, Azerbaijan and Singapore.
